Internal & External Communications
Extensive internal communications plan including multiple different ways of communication (ie newsletters, internal portals, team collaboration tools) and methods of engaging (monthly happy hours, meetings, QBRs, town halls and off-sites) External communications and events include management of event activations such as SXSW, Cannes Lion and other engagements.
Growth from 100 to over 300 across multiple locations around the world, responsible for ways of working and implementation of tools to support internal collaboration.
Strategy & Planning
Movement of strategy from producing MVPs to the implementation of digital products and services to support central functional as well as regions & markets. Including quarterly alignment sessions, portfolio & budget management.
Working with other functions (ie Senior Management Team, Global Communications, IT, Marketing, Regions and Markets) to ensure that the digital strategy is being implemented, communicated and adopted across the organization.
